How to review, edit, and manage your generated pins
Learn about the pin approval workflow, how to edit AI-generated text, and how to regenerate or delete pins.
The approval workflow
After Supapin generates your pins, they appear in your Pins page with a "Generated" status. You can review each pin's image, title, description, and assigned board before approving it for publishing.
Approved pins move to the scheduling queue and will be published to Pinterest according to your scheduling settings. You have full control over which pins get published β nothing goes live without your approval.
Editing pin text and details
You can edit any pin's title, description, or board assignment before approving it. Click on a pin to open its detail view, make your changes, and save.
Edits are saved immediately. You can also change the Pinterest board a pin is assigned to if the AI's automatic selection isn't what you want. All changes are reflected when the pin is eventually published.
Deleting and regenerating pins
If a generated pin doesn't meet your expectations, you can delete it. Deleted pins are removed permanently. Since credits are only spent when a pin is published to Pinterest, deleting an unpublished pin doesn't cost you any credits.
You can also generate new pins for the same pages at any time. Each generation produces fresh AI text and design variations, so you'll get different results. This is useful when you want multiple pin variations for your best-performing content.
