By accessing or using Supapin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supapin is a Pinterest automation platform that helps users create, manage, and publish Pinterest pins from their website content. The Service includes website scanning, AI-powered pin generation, template-based design, scheduling, and publishing to Pinterest via the Pinterest API.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Pinterest Integration

By connecting your Pinterest account, you authorize Supapin to:

• Access your Pinterest boards and account information
• Create and publish pins on your behalf
• Read board data for pin assignment

You can revoke this access at any time through your Pinterest account settings or through the Supapin dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring your Pinterest usage complies with Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Free Plan and Free Tools

Supapin offers a free plan with limited features and free tools available without registration. Free plans and tools are provided as-is and may have usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free offerings at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish spam, misleading, or harmful content on Pinterest
• Violate Pinterest's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

8. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (website content, images, text)
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service
• AI-generated content (titles, descriptions) created by the Service is owned by you
• Pin designs generated using our templates may be used freely for Pinterest publishing
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supapin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that pins will achieve any particular engagement or traffic results, or that the Service will be error-free.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supapin operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
