How to change or cancel your Supapin subscription
Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Supapin plan, including what happens to your data and pins.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the billing section in your Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to the higher plan's credit limit and website allowance right away.
When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. From your next billing cycle onward, you'll be charged the full amount of the new plan.
Downgrading your plan
Downgrades can be initiated at any time but take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then.
If you have more websites connected than the lower plan allows, you'll need to remove the extra websites before the downgrade takes effect. Similarly, generated pins above the lower plan's limits are not deleted — they remain in your account.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to all features until then.
After cancellation, your account remains accessible but you can no longer generate new pins or publish to Pinterest. Your existing data (websites, generated pins, analytics) is retained for 90 days in case you decide to reactivate.
