Bulk & Multi-Account

How do I bulk schedule pins on Pinterest?

Pinterest's own interface doesn't support bulk scheduling. You'll need a third-party tool. The four working methods are CSV upload, sitemap or RSS import, folder upload, and smart queue distribution.

Methods that work

  • CSV upload — fill a spreadsheet with image URLs, titles, descriptions, board IDs, and times; the tool imports it
  • Sitemap or RSS import — point the tool at your blog or store and it generates one or more pins per page automatically
  • Folder upload — drag a folder of images, the tool spaces them out across your schedule
  • Smart queue — set a daily pin count, dump your content in, let the tool distribute it

Tools that handle bulk well

  • Tailwind — CSV and folder upload with a native queue
  • Later — CSV import on paid plans
  • Buffer — CSV import on higher tiers
  • Supapin, BlogToPin, Pin Generator — sitemap-based bulk generation and scheduling

Best practices when bulk scheduling

  • Stay under 25 pins per day per account, especially for newer accounts
  • Vary the time of day — don't post everything at noon
  • Mix pin designs and titles, even when they link to the same URL
  • Spread pins across multiple relevant boards rather than slamming one

Set it up once. Pins go out forever.
