Bulk & Multi-Account
How do I bulk schedule pins on Pinterest?
Pinterest's own interface doesn't support bulk scheduling. You'll need a third-party tool. The four working methods are CSV upload, sitemap or RSS import, folder upload, and smart queue distribution.
Methods that work
- CSV upload — fill a spreadsheet with image URLs, titles, descriptions, board IDs, and times; the tool imports it
- Sitemap or RSS import — point the tool at your blog or store and it generates one or more pins per page automatically
- Folder upload — drag a folder of images, the tool spaces them out across your schedule
- Smart queue — set a daily pin count, dump your content in, let the tool distribute it
Tools that handle bulk well
- Tailwind — CSV and folder upload with a native queue
- Later — CSV import on paid plans
- Buffer — CSV import on higher tiers
- Supapin, BlogToPin, Pin Generator — sitemap-based bulk generation and scheduling
Best practices when bulk scheduling
- Stay under 25 pins per day per account, especially for newer accounts
- Vary the time of day — don't post everything at noon
- Mix pin designs and titles, even when they link to the same URL
- Spread pins across multiple relevant boards rather than slamming one
